From Seeds of Hope to Fields of Abundance

The Story of Housing 4 Now's 10 Acre Off-Grid Farm, is about planning and hard work.  Now, the journey continues as we vision it transforming people's life and becoming a flourishing sustainable Agriculture and Tiny Home off-grid community.  

Starting from a field of briar bushes and rabbit holes on the property.  We took our time and started conducting projects, one step at a time.  First it was a word from our Lord Jesus Christ, on how we should proceed (Matt 6:33).  Then we took our time and found a survey business who would do a land survey of our land.   

Not long afterwords, the survey came to us and we all were happy with joy, as this was the first steps of develping our property.  Before the survey, we could only asume where the property lines were and what land belonged to us.

​Now, with survey in hand, the next steps was to develpment an Entry Gate Fence for the property.  We decided on a 12' by 4' temperary fence for now, because the entire front section of the property would need to be re-constructed, to include a cement driveway.  

Once again, it is the little things in life that makes us happy, as we all rejoiced over the building of the new fence.    It should be noted at this point, that we were having a hard time finding the right people to do the develpment work needed on the property, due to its location being in Douglas, Arizona.  There are not many licensed persons there who can provide property develpment skills.

Now, with survey in hand, the next steps for us to do, were to develpment a off-grid sewage system for the first buildings to be build on the property.  ​

Completed Project View When We Are Done

Ten acre's of buildings and homes is a small city.   So I guess we will be bussy for a while.  Mean time, you can view what our project will look like when we are done with it, by the diagrams below.  

There will be a Main Office building that will also house a Medical Center, Kitchen and Dining Room, and various other rooms.  
On the farm we will have a variety of Hydroponic Garden Farming facilities.  

There will be a variety of Tiny Homes for Tanants, and members of Housing 4 Now.  

Water reservoirs to store daily usage of water.  

And, a Tiny Homes building Shop.  We plan on building tiny home right on the compond.
