Surrounded by beautiful open fields and mountain views of state-owned property. Our 10-acre property is strategically located directly off of Highway 80 near Douglas, Arizona. No need to travel miles and miles down remote dirt roads to get to us.
Located just five miles from the City of Douglas, members will have convenient access to shopping, banking, medical services, and everyday necessities. Best of all, the property is fully paid for, and much of the major Sewer System construction work has already been completed.
