Welcome to the official page of the Restorative Neighborhood Housing Initiative (RNHI). We are building a housing project that empowers lives through sustainable living holistic care. A visionary project dedicated to restoring lives, community well-being, and the environment through self-sufficient, off-grid living and nonmedical holistic health care.
Located in the heart of rural Arizona, this groundbreaking initiative is more than just a housing project — it’s a movement toward healing, independence, and sustainability.
Our Mission
To provide safe and affordable housing, along with supportive services, that promote holistic health and long-term self-sufficiency for underserved individuals — including those impacted by homelessness, substance use, and economic instability.
Description of Targeted Community
Housing 4 Now supports individuals affected by Opioid Use Disorder (OUD), homelessness, and criminalization—especially those recently released from incarceration or lacking access to consistent care. We understand that substance use disorder affects people across all backgrounds, so our programs are designed to serve individuals of every race, ethnicity, gender, income level, and ability. We place a strong focus on populations often excluded from traditional systems, including people experiencing homelessness, justice-involved individuals, and members of BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. Our community-led approach addresses the critical gap in transitional housing by connecting clients to long-term support systems such as AHCCCS, HUD, SSA, and legal advocacy through the criminal justice system.

Once completed, RNHI will be fully self-sustaining, supporting itself through microenterprise, organic gardening, aquaculture, and community-led services.
